Perun Consultants hires Director in Singapore

Perun Consultants is pleased to announce that Alton Poon has joined the firm as a Director based in Singapore.

Alton joins Perun with more than 17 years of experience in corporate insolvency, court-appointed liquidations, restructuring engagements, and cross-border recovery matters.

Alton is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and regularly advises creditors, financial institutions, and corporate stakeholders on complex distressed situations, including compulsory and voluntary liquidations, receiverships, judicial management, schemes of arrangement and personal bankruptcy.

Alton also has significant experience in litigation support, arbitration, and mediation engagements, spanning a range of sectors and jurisdictions, with a strong focus on delivering pragmatic solutions in contentious and time-sensitive environments.
