Boutique advisory firm Perun Consultants has acquired LMM Consultants, bolstering our services across accounting, financial and operational matters.

Perun Consultants is pleased to announce its acquisition of renowned Asian consulting firm LMM Consultants. The move adds dedicated management consulting services to our existing capability, cementing our position in the professional services industry and enhancing our strengths as a boutique advisory firm.

With this acquisition we enhance our ability to provide a complete end-to-end solution for our clients looking to improve their overall performance. Management consultants develop and implement strategies to improve the health of a company, and this additional capability will supplement our existing expertise in financial and accounting services.

In addition to our forensic accounting, corporate advisory, restructuring, turnaround and liquidation appointment services, we will now provide change management, Information Technology System consultancy, Business Process Reengineering and process improvement services. This added capability augments our in-house expertise to diagnose a business in a holistic manner, as well as provide operational and practical solutions to help clients achieve the results we have recommended from a financial standpoint.

Our team delivers sophisticated financial analysis and insight along with practical solutions and recommendations, and is able to assist our clients in implementing those solutions. LMM Consultants was co-founded by JP Lim in 2009. In the 11 years since its foundation, LMM prided itself in providing measurable results to its clients.
