Her clients include listed companies and entities incorporated in Hong Kong, the PRC, and other international jurisdictions, across various sectors and industries including education, restaurants and catering, health and fitness, fashion and retail, manufacturing, trading, and financial services. She has also worked on forensic, litigation support, and investigation engagements, as well as various personal debt restructurings and bankruptcy engagements.

Representative engagements

• Involved in a high-profile court liquidation case of a fitness business with over 60,000 creditors and 800 employees with assets realized in a sum of over HK$10 million and liabilities due to creditors of over HK$200 million.

• In charged in a receivership of a company with a majority share charged against a listed company in Hong Kong (incorporated in BVI).

• Managed the personal debt restructuring and successfully obtained approval from the Hong Kong Court for the annulment of the bankruptcy order against a major shareholder and the chairman of a listed company in Hong Kong.

• Assisted in preparation of expert reports which involving the inspection of over 20 years books and records of a family-business group of companies.

• Involved in a liquidation and adjudicated over 200 employees claims and over 50 unsecured creditors claims against a clothing manufacturing and trading company with 15 chain stores in Hong Kong.
